Unfortunately, no. If they made something like that, I think we'd get mini persecoms like Sumomo first, then, many eons later, life-sized ones.
But can you imagine the cost? I'd never be able to afford one.
Well, yes and no.
There are robots in Japan; prototypes that have been desined to assist people.
There is a teacher robot that will answer questions that you ask her, and if I recall correctly, if you "hurt" her/ grab her innapropriately, she will ask you to stop it.
Numerous humanoid robots have been developed, not for personal use, but that's certainly a plan for the future.

As for personal assistants that you have to press between the legs in order to activate, no, unless the government is hiding them ;)
