Does anyone know the story in Chobits that the rabbit with the star tells?

its the story with the one meant for me and only me...

Um...I don't know it word for word, but I can give you the gist of it.

The rabbit, "Atashi" is wandering through the "Town with No People." looking for the one person she is meant to love.

However, all the people in town are too busy paying attention to "them" (A reference, I assume to persocoms). After finding that there is no one in the town for her to love, she leaves the city, continuing the search for love.
