Is the Chi in Tsubasa Chronicles the same Chi that's in Chobits?

They look extremely similar, not to mention they share the same name. I know Tsubasa Chronicles contains crossover characters from Cardcaptorsakura and xxxholic but is the Chi in tsuabasa chronicles the same one thats in Chobits?

Yes and no. It's like the same character, but remixed into an alternative universe. CLAMP just took their characters from their other series and recycled them into the new series, giving them new identities. Tsubasa crosses over with xxxHolic, but not with Cardcaptor Sakura, not like you mean. It uses characters from CCS, but it's not exactly the same character.

they are different. Tsubasa Chronicles' character design are just based on different animes produced by Clamp.

Umm no. First of all, the Chi in Chobits is a robot -_- and has like ear pluggy thingys, whilst the Chi from TC is human and has normal ears

no they're not the same. if you look closely they have different ears...
