What is name of the ending theme song for Chobits?

It's the one used in episode 14 (and on? I haven't finished the series, so I'm not sure about that...), not the one used in episodes 1-13, that I'm looking for. It sounds a little sad in comparison to the happy one used in 1-13.

I'd really like to buy this song, so I'd also like to know where to buy it (assuming it's not on iTunes).

Even just the name would be great, though.
