What happens at the end of Chobits?

I don't have time to watch after reading the summary so i want to know what happens in the end.Plz don't tell me to go and watch.

what happens to the robot?How about the guy?Does he finally find a girl and get into college?what is the significance of the on switch in the robot?Thx

Chii has chosen Hideki as her "One and only", and Freya takes over her body. Mrs Hibiya deletes their programing to Freya's request. Hideki then tells Freya that he loved her and also tells her the meaning of happiness. Freya accepts the fact that Chii has done the thing she couldn't do; and that is to find your "One and only". Freya subsides and disappears where Hideki and Chii live happily ever after.

Hideki then tells Freya that he loved her and also tells her the meaning of happiness. Freya accepts the fact that Chii has done the thing she couldn't do; and that is to find your "One and only". Freya subsides and disappears where Hideki and Chii live happily ever after.

♠After being confronted with Chi’s confession, Hideki answers yes, he’s in love. But Chi goes into an automated state. Dita and Zima go in to stop her. Then Ms. Hibiya goes in to shut Chi down. Has Chi gotten too dangerous? What can Hideki do to save Chi?

♠Recap of Chi’s confession and flashing the bright light that shuts down all the persocomms. Hideki answers I'm in love with you Chi. Chi then goes into some automated state and floats to the roof. The persocomms wake up but stare towards Chi. Zima and Dita are programmed immune to this state, so Dita decides to go in and stop her from launching that specific program. Zima holds Hideki back. Hideki pleads Dita to stop, because he has fallen in love with Chi. Then Zima stops Dita and lets Chi continues to run her program. Zima wants to see what will happen. A bright flash of light and Chi wakes up, but it's not Chi, but her sister Freya!

Freya has taken over Chi's body. Ms. Hibiya shows up at the roof. Freya's story continues. Just as she was disappearing, Elda volunteers to have Freya transferred to Elda so she would protect Freya's heart. Chi was running her program but stopped halfway because she didn't believe he could love her. Freya says it's time to destroy her because she was a failure. Ms. Hibiya calls out the chobits password and initiates a deletion of all data and termination of system. Hideki pleads and tries to yell out Chobits password, but it is no use. Zima and Dita zoom off. Hideki asks Hibiya to teach Chi happiness and says "all I want to do is make Chi happy". Chi begins to show tears, and internally works out her happiness. She comes back and hugs Hideki!

All the persocomms react as well, showing irises instead of solid color eyes. The persocomms are now able to love now that Chi was able to do so. For instance, Dita starts blushing when she’s with Zita. The story ends with a final storybook chapter, summarizing all the different relationships from the characters. Chi has found the person just for her.

In the end the main character, I forget his name, and the robot chick live happily ever after. But, of course, the last few episodes aren't very convincing.

It's a little confusing, especially with the two spy robots, I'm not sure I understand them at all! But that's a complaint I have about a lot of my favorite anime series anyway!
