Where can i download chobits english dubbed fast and thats not a torrent? ?

It can't be a place that needs me to download something first and has to be free please and thankyou. I'm planning on making this a christmas presant for my sis but i'm a little low on cash.

For japanese dubbed with english subs go to animea.net. I always go there.
